Who We Are
-
NextGen@Work is a global community of next-generation followers of Jesus Christ in the marketplace who believe true wholeness is found in God alone. We exist to cultivate identity, purpose, and spiritual rest by helping people encounter the Lord in their everyday work, transforming the workplace from a place of striving into a place of formation, presence, and calling.
-
We exist as a resting place for a generation marked by the unwavering faith of Joshua and devoted heart of David, supporting believers in Jesus Christ as they live out their calling in the marketplace and reveal the beauty of Jesus that the world often hides or rejects.
Inspired by Isaiah 53, we welcome the broken, weary, and overlooked to find rest under His shade, wholeness through His sacrifice, and purpose exactly where they are planted. Like sheep who have gone astray, we believe all are in need of a Savior, and that God meets us not outside of our work, but within it.
NextGen@Work envisions a generation rooted like a planted tree in dry places: formed in the quiet, strengthened in the unseen, and sent into the world to reflect Christ, allowing His living water to overflow into revival.

Our story started with a small group of Gen Z Christians at Amazon. It grew into something bigger across the tech world. Today, it's a home for the next generation navigating the workplace, all under the banner of Jesus.
